Terms of Service
Effective from 7 August 2026
1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the website available at pikanteria.waw.pl (the "Website"). The Website is informational — it presents the restaurant, its menu, opening hours and events.

3. Type and scope of services
The Website provides a free service consisting of access to informational content (menu, daily lunch, events and contact details). No registration or account is required and no online sales are conducted. Reservations are taken by phone, and delivery orders are fulfilled by independent third-party platforms (Pyszne.pl, Wolt, Bolt Food) under their own terms.
4. Technical requirements
All you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. Some features (e.g. the current lunch menu) require JavaScript to be enabled.
5. Copyright
The contents of the Website — in particular texts, photographs, the logo and the graphic layout — are protected by copyright. Copying or distributing them for commercial purposes without the operator's consent is prohibited.
6. Menu and price information
The menu, prices and promotions presented on the Website are for information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Dishes and prices may change; the information available at the restaurant is binding. We do our best to keep the Website up to date.
7. Prohibited activities
Providing unlawful content and any activity that may disrupt the proper functioning of the Website, including attempts at unauthorised access to its administrative areas, is prohibited.
8. Liability and external links
The Website contains links to external services (delivery platforms, social media, maps). The operator is not responsible for the content or policies of those services — you use them under their operators' terms.
9. Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Website may be sent to kontakt@pikanteria.waw.pl. We respond within 14 days of receipt to the address the complaint was sent from.

11. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The operator may amend these terms for important reasons — the new version applies upon publication on the Website together with its effective date.
